Training Essentials
The CRSG Sales Skills Training Guide is a comprehensive training guide for radio and digital sellers that was created by our corporate team to help support new (and existing) salespeople.
Cumulus Sales Resources is found in the “Cumulus Local Sales” group on Forcebook. It includes information on essential sales resources and training from our corporate team covering anything from our corporate presentation deck, Base Buy and Why, to corporate resources like our Cumulus Creative Concierge.
The Cumulus Digital Training was created by Infinite and is located in Google Classroom. It provides a digital training program designed to introduce and expand your knowledge of Cumulus’s digital offerings. It’s from an corporate wide training initiative that we completed in 2020.
Our corporate team is continually hosting training on variety of offerings and initiatives on Forcebook that you can go back and watch at any time. You can access the Local Sales Group to access training on a variety of topics, or you can go to pages for a specific group for training on specific initiatives (i.e. EPiC Guarantee, Beyond Home Market, etc.) or digital trainings from a specific partner (i.e. Infinite, Bridge, Orbit) or specific resource pages (i.e. Cumulus Creative Concierge).

Systems Training
The RAB Account Manager training is a series of training videos from RAB overviewing how to use our CRM system.

Wide Orbit Mentor is a training platform designed to help sellers learn how to use Wide Orbit for billing and fulfillment.

Neilsen Learning is a combination of training tools designed to help you learn to use information from Neilsen. You’ll find an “Audio Training Course Catalog” as well as an “Audio Product Training Calendar” with live training session you can join. You can also access training on specific Neilsen products that we use (i.e. Tapscan).

vCreative University offers training for vPPO as well as vPromotions. In the vPPo training you’ll find training videos to help you utilize vPPO to request audio creatives (radio and digital) from our Production Director. We also use it for ordering streaming campaigns that run on our stations’s digital stream.
Note, you must already be signed into vCreative through Office 365 (in a separate tab) in order to get past our SSO requirements.
vCreative University offers training for vPPO as well as vPromotions. In the vPromotions training you’ll find training videos to help you utilize vPromotions to order campaign placements with station assets (everything but streaming) as well as contest and event sponsorships through our Promotions Director.

Product Specific Training
Simpli.fi Bullseye is offers an easy to grasp introduce to some of the more popular digital products that we offer (i.e. display, video). Simpli.fi is one of the programmatic ad buying platforms that we use to buy digital advertising placements for our clients. Their Bullseye training overviews specific digital solutions and how to sell them.

Google Skillshop provides training and certifications on various Google offerings and platforms as well as general training for digital marketing professionals and small business owners.
A login is not required unless you’re completing certifications.
Facebook Blueprint provides training and certifications on Facebook targeting, placements, and ad types.

Edge Academy from The Trade Desk offers a more advanced digital training. The Trade Desk is one of the programmatic ad buying platforms that we use to buy digital advertising placements for our clients. Their Edge Academy training provides a deeper understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
