New Client Setup
This form should be used when you’re setting up new clients that are not requesting credit terms in order to be invoiced. They will be prepay clients (i.e. cash in advance). Once the client completes the Client Information Sheet it should be sent to the Business Manager for processing.

This form is used to get an account setup in Wide Orbit for a new client. Once the Account Executive completes the Client Profile Sheet it should be sent to the Business Manager for processing and WO account setup.
Payment Processing
This link to the WO Payment Portal can be shared with clients that need to prepay for their upcoming campaign or pay an invoice. It allows clients to see a breakout of charges so that our billing is clearly understood and easily accessible at any time.
Our Cumulus banking information can be used for ACH processing. It should only be used when client’s are not able to pay through the WO Payment Portal for any reason. Make sure to communicate with our Business Manager before setting up ACH payments.

Use Form W-9 to provide your correct Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to the person who is required to file an information return with the IRS to report.
