Morgan is a Memphis native and a 35+ year broadcast veteran. Having started in Clarksdale, MS at WROX-AM he’s married to Patrice Borgognoni Bohannon. They have two children and seven grandchildren. Like many in Memphis, he is active with several non-profit organizations for the betterment of his hometown. Causes that are dear to him include: Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South (former board member and board chair), Ronald McDonald House Charities and Consortium MMT both of which he currently serves as a board member.

Krista Freeman
General Sales Manager

I started selling for WRBO 103.5 back in March of 1999.   At the time, it was the fastest growing radio station in the Country plus it was my favorite choice of music back then and still a favorite today.   Through my years in radio and with these radio stations, I was promoted to National Sales Manager for the cluster of stations, witnessed two acquisitions of the radio stations (Citadel and Cumulus), promoted to General Sales Manager, promoted to Market Manager and then decided my position as  General Sales Manager for the cluster was a much better fit for work/home balance. My role still allows me to handle everything from local direct, local agency, National business and Political business for the stations…not to mention manage the top team of talented marketing professionals.

My goal is to arm my team with the knowledge, tools and resources to help deliver the best in results for all of our clients.  Nothing brings me more joy than seeing a client and seller win through results.    Please reach out to me so I can direct you to one of our team members.  My staff and I have years of experience and will work to bring you the best solutions for your business.

My time outside of work is spent with my husband (Bill), two sons, daughter in law (Matt & Elizabeth and Tyler) and two doodles (Piper and Reese).  My out of office passion is living a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and weight training and spending time traveling!

All of those things and more, I think. Father to two young boys that are obsessed with bass fishing and a sweet little girl, I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee where I received both my undergraduate and master’s degrees. I have been a digital marketer/strategist since 2011, and in that time have helped businesses create, launch and grow digital marketing departments. More importantly, however, I have had the privilege of working alongside hundreds of businesses in the communities I’m proud to serve, delivering some of the most exciting, innovative marketing strategies available. Every day holds something new in this space, and I’m enjoying the ride.

I cheered and graduated from Mississippi State University and make ringing a cowbell one of my main personality traits.

I earned a B.B.A in marketing with a concentration in advertising from the University of Memphis, while playing Volleyball for the Lady Tigers.  I went from a D1 athlete to working on a Fortune 500 marketing team.   My entire career has been dedicated to marketing and advertising.

Serving the radio and digital industry for over 40 years and 23 years with Cumulus Media in Memphis and Chicago, I enjoy helping clients from small local businesses all the way to National advertisers in growing their business through radio and digital footprints. Working in media is like going on a field trip every day, I love learning about new businesses and industries turning clients into friends.

When I’m not working, I’m training and running marathons and raising funds for St Jude Children’s Hospital right here in Memphis, spending lots of quality time with my hubby, daughters, and my granddaughters! You might also catch me at The Orpheum, Grizzlies or University of Memphis game.
